Ben and Rett discuss the closure of Reiver Games (home to It’s Alive) and Imagigrafx (home to your co-host, Ben). In between, they debut the fan-created new “lawsuit theme” and talk about the legal troubles of “Would You Rather”. Oh – and they answer a reader email and listen to their wonderful voicemail en español. What they do not do is talk to Catalyst Game Labs. Randall and Loren couldn’t make the show this week.
